Service Description

Sometimes, one focused conversation is all it takes to find a clearer way forward. Our Focused Consultation is designed for early childhood leaders who need an experienced perspective on a specific challenge, decision or area of practice. Before we meet, you'll complete a short questionnaire outlining your current situation, challenges and what you'd like to achieve. This allows me to review your concerns and prepare for a meaningful, productive conversation. **What's included:** - Pre-consultation questionnaire - Review and preparation before our meeting - 60-minute private online consultation - Practical guidance and clear next steps - Brief written action summary following our session Whether you're navigating compliance, strengthening your team, improving systems or refining educational practice, our conversation will focus on practical solutions suited to your service. **Investment: $195 AUD | 60 minutes** *Thoughtful preparation. Cancellation Policy

**Focused Consultation – Booking Terms** Consultations are conducted online and must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. Full payment of $195 AUD is required to confirm your appointment. **Preparation:** Please complete the pre-consultation questionnaire when booking. This allows time to review your information and prepare for our conversation. **Rescheduling:** Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability. **Cancellations:** If you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment, you may request a refund. Cancellations within 24 hours and missed appointments may incur a reasonable cancellation fee reflecting the time reserved and preparation already undertaken. **Late arrivals:** Consultations will finish at the scheduled time. Unfortunately, additional time cannot be guaranteed for late arrivals. **Our commitment:** If The Sanctuary Collective needs to cancel your appointment, you will be offered an alternative time or a full refund. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
