About Me

I've spent 16 years working in early childhood education, with close to a decade in centre leadership roles.

Throughout my career, I've developed a particular passion for supporting services facing challenges and helping them find their way forward.

I've worked across multiple services and diverse communities, supporting approved providers, centre leaders and educators to strengthen their practices, improve compliance, build more stable teams, increase occupancy and create environments where quality education and care can thrive.

Much of my leadership experience has involved stepping into services that need support, identifying what's not working and developing practical systems and strategies that create meaningful, sustainable improvements.

But what I've enjoyed most has always been the people.

​

Building relationships, mentoring leaders, supporting educators to grow in confidence and seeing teams begin to take pride in their service again is what makes this work so rewarding.

Over the years, I've often been encouraged to take my experience into consultancy. The Sanctuary Collective is my way of finally taking that step.

It's an opportunity to continue doing the work I love, sharing what I've learned and supporting others through the challenges I've experienced firsthand.

My approach is practical, collaborative and grounded in the belief that meaningful improvement doesn't have to be complicated. Sometimes, the right guidance, clear systems and a little confidence can make all the difference.
